Terms of service
Last updated November 7, 2026
These terms apply to every account, plan and API key on proxysite.ink. Creating an account or buying a plan means you accept them.
The service
ProxySite gives you access to proxy networks: rotating residential and long acting ISP traffic sold by the gigabyte, unlimited residential plans sold by the day, and static residential and datacenter addresses sold per IP for a period. Each plan is paid directly with crypto at its listed price.
Pool sizes, country lists and speeds on our pages describe the network when you read them. They change as addresses join and leave the pools.
Accounts
An account is one access token made in your browser. We keep only a hash of it, so a lost token cannot be recovered. Keep it private: anyone holding the token can use the account.
You may hold several accounts for separate projects, up to three per network. Accounts made to get around limits can be closed.
Payments and credit
Plans are paid through our payment window at their exact price, from $30 to $5,000 per payment. When a paid plan cannot be set up, its amount is kept as account credit, which pays for later plans.
Credit does not expire. It cannot be moved to another account or paid out to a wallet.
Plans and traffic
Traffic on rotating residential and long acting ISP plans stays on the plan until it is used. Unlimited, static residential and datacenter plans run for the number of days you choose, from the moment they are set up.
Traffic is counted in gigabytes of 1,024 MB, upload and download together.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Fraud, phishing, spam, credential stuffing, account takeover, attacks on networks, malware, access to systems without permission, infringement and collection of personal data without a legal basis are all forbidden.
Reselling access as a public open proxy is not allowed. Plans used against these rules can be stopped without a refund.
Availability
We keep the gateways online and the pools healthy around the clock. Single addresses can still go offline, and some websites refuse some addresses; a refused request is part of normal proxy use.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date on this page shows the current version, and using the service after a change means you accept it.
