Refund policy

If a plan cannot be set up after you paid for it, the full amount is added to your credit.

If a plan stops working because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix, the unused traffic or unused days return to credit at the price you paid.

Traffic that has been used is not refunded, including traffic on websites that refused some requests.

If a crypto payment arrives with a different amount, on another network or after the payment window closed, it is reviewed by hand and the confirmed value is settled to credit.

Credit pays for any plan. It cannot be paid out to a wallet.
